I help you adopt a mindful lifestyle, finally take control of your life and find peace without wasting time, giving up, or deciding meditation isn’t for you.
With firsthand experience as a former overachieving workaholic, I have an intimate understanding of the pain and challenges of chronic stress and burnout. My transformative journey through meditation and mindful movement in 2005, combined with my experience as a professional development trainer for overwhelmed teachers, equipped me with insights and practical solutions, including my "five keys" to finally developing the ability to meditate, no matter the challenges. My passion for helping others break free from stress and burnout is rooted in my own success and ongoing dedication to mastering and teaching these life-changing practices. I’d love for my experience and expertise to help guide you on a path to lasting peace and balance.

How it works- we meet for 30-45 minutes every two weeks. I work in packages and have three, six, and 12-month options. Packages include two, 45-minute sessions per month, materials review, customized tools and strategies, email support, and bonuses like downloadable meditations and visualizations.

THE FIRST OPTION is to allow me to interview you in exchange for a 45-minute coaching session. It’s like taking my coaching services for a test drive, while giving me something in return as well.

I was weary at first of committing to another thing over Zoom but even in the virtual format, this was life-changing and very impactful. I felt a sense of community even over Zoom and felt very connected and grateful to have this opportunity during a tough time. I also learned a lot about mindfulness and realized it's about having grace when my mind wanders and gently bringing my focus back to the meditation or exercise with out being harsh on myself. I used to think that mindfulness meant I have to focus and only focus for the whole exercise and if I don't then it is not mindfulness. I realized mindfulness helps me when I can realize my mind is wandering or I am having anxious thoughts and being able to notice and have that information to inform what I want to do next.
